From Lace to Tiles – A Journey Across Cultures

Heritage doesn’t stop at borders. Inspired by our Idrija Lace Collection, we’re heading west—into the rich textures and bold geometries of Portuguese tilework.

This new collection brings traditional Portuguese azulejos to life in corten steel, blending age-old patterns with contemporary craftsmanship. Designed in collaboration with architect and designer Aline Bea (Madeira, Portugal), and supported by the WORTH Partnership Project, the series explores how cultural heritage can be reimagined—raw, refined, and ready for modern spaces.
